The Vrankrijk is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is left behind or lost, we will hold it in our Lost & Found for 2 weeks. If an item is still unclaimed after 2 weeks it will be moved to the bierhoek. After 3 weeks items will be disposed of accordingly. Guests can come by or email to check on lost items.
It is the guest’s responsibility to come back and retrieve their things in a reasonable amount of time (2-3 weeks).
